Hernán Paganini (Zárate, Argentina, 1982) is a collage and installation artist. He began his studies in Graphic Design at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where he taught a Morphology class from 2003 to 2010. He was selected for the Artists’ Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2010- 2011), conducted by Pablo Siquier, and was awarded the Conti-Fondo Nacional de las Artes grant in 2014. He was also selected for El Ranchito artist residency program at Matadero Madrid AECID. He has participated in solo and group exhibitions, as well as art fairs in Argentina, Toronto, Madrid and São Paulo.
He has developed a career as an art educator, both privately and within institutions. Under the title Proyecto Piel, he has created different children workshop typologies that have been applied in pre-schools, museum schools and other institutions in Latin America and Europe. In 2012 he opened his own studio-school, where he teaches workshops open to the general public.
